At Linstock we apply the latest thinking to protect reputations and influence behaviour. We develop compelling communication strategies and we help people manage sensitive issues and crises. Based on an understanding of how people think and act, we’re also good at changing the behaviour of customers, employees or other specific audiences.
We apply the latest research in areas like behavioural psychology and often work with academics, think tanks and industry bodies to help build a strong evidence base to support our campaigns and arguments.
We work for a wide range of companies and organisations – from financial and professional services companies through to industry trade bodies, universities, care homes and local authorities. All share a passion for communications programmes that deliver clear and tangible results.
Set up in 2005 we have a team of a dozen people based in London Bridge. We hold the prestigious PRCA consultancy management standard; a mark of quality assurance that is achieved by just 6% of UK public relations consultancies.
We run a sector leading training programme, the Linstock Academy, that combines traditional PR and Public Affairs subjects with research and consultancy courses from an MBA programme. Our training is overseen by Linstock Associate John Maule, Emeritus Professor at Leeds University Business School.
