The Owners
Joanna Lowry Corry & Oliver Codrington are husband and wife who enjoy living in one of the best parts of the City, waking up on The Thames with views of Tower Bridge.
Oliver is a non-practising barrister with an entrepreneurial streak and an appreciation for health and well being. Joanna Lowry Corry is an experienced Chiropractor who is passionate about delivering exceptional treatment and helping more people Move Well, Eat Well & Think Well.

With our owners living on our doorstep, we enjoy working and playing in and around London Bridge. We love the area’s unique combination of corporate and quirky, emerging and established. We are delighted that we can offer services to individuals in the London Bridge area, to help them maximise productivity, enjoyment and health.
Who are your clients?
We believe that everyone would benefit from adopting our Move Well, Eat Well, Think Well philosophy but recognise that it is particularly important for individuals that are mentally and physically stressed, injured, in rehabilitation or looking to create peak performance in their physical and professional performances.
We have specific expertise in sports injuries and rehabilitation, caring for mums and babies and reducing stress in the corporate world.
