Location: Borough Market
May 25, 2018 - May 25, 2018
Join Borough Market for a day of un-bee-lievable inspiration on how to support urban bees, as part of Chelsea Fringe.
The Market Hall will be buzzing with bee experts who’ll be on hand to dispense inspiring planting ideas for urban spaces, as well as sharing their expertise about hives and urban bee keeping. Local author of ‘Planting for Honey Bees: the growers guide to creating a buzz’, Sarah Wyndham-Lewis will stop by for a live chat, plus there’ll be a chance to meet Dale Gibson of Bermondsey Street Bees. You won’t want to miss the honey cookery demonstration with chef Angela Clutton from 1-2.30pm, plus a special visit from Bee Friendly Trust and their troupe of Waggle dancers!
The event is free to all, and will take place in the Market Hall on the 25th May, 10-4pm.
