Hailing from Brighton and born from the love of cooking the finest meat and seafood over fire, new restaurant The Coal Shed, is an exciting new addition to the London Bridge dining scene.
Open seven days a week from 12PM until 10PM, the restaurant uses the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. For those dining before a show at The Bridge Theatre or looking for an express lunch, the restaurant’s pre theatre menu is available from 12noon until 6.30pm and 9:30pm until 10:30pm at £20 for two courses or £24 for three.
Diners can expect impeccably balanced dishes like Venison with rosscoff, salsify, chocolate and figs, alongside classics like Surf & Turf, with an extensive selection of cocktails and carefully curated wine list to match.
The restaurant is spread across two floors: the décor; a relaxed, contemporary take on old-world glamour. The mezzanine level has been purpose designed as a flexible dining and event space, including an intimate private dining room for 12 or the option to occupy the full floor for a party size of 46 diners.
The Coal Shed was named as one of the best places to eat in the UK by the Observer Food Monthly Awards.
