Guided Tour: A Place for Old and New

Location: The Scoop

June 22, 2017 - June 22, 2017

This free guided walking tour of London Bridge area provides a fascinating insight into this historically rich part of London. This particular tour is a repeat of a popular route which looks at the story of London Bridge and the history of Southwark and the river. There is plenty of fascinating architecture to admire and learn about en route. Our ace Blue Badge Guide Alan Read will take us to see many of the local highlights, explaining their significance and place in history as we go along.

Meeting at 5.50pm for a 6pm departure, the walk will start at The Scoop at More London and last for approximately 90 mins. Remember to dress for changeable weather (umbrellas always useful!) and wear some sensible walking shoes.
