Orla Kiely: A Life in Pattern | Fashion Textile Museum | Opens 25th May

Orla Kiely is one of the UK and Ireland’s most successful designers. Featuring over 150 patterns and products, as well as collaborations with photographers, film directors and architects, Orla Kiely: A Life in Pattern emphasises the role of ornament and colour in our everyday lives. With unique access to the company archives, the exhibition offers a privileged insight into the designer’s world.

Nightfall | Bridge Theatre | 1st– 26th May

How do you make a future when you can’t escape the past? Rising star Barney Norris explores theme of love, loss and family in the Bridge Theatre’s new production.

What you believed in seemed to vanish overnight. So how are you going to live now? One family struggling in the heart of the country looks for a star to steer by as they try to plot a route out of the dark they’ve been pitched into.

London Pizza Festival | Borough Market | 20th May

The London Pizza Festival returns to Borough Market’s Jubilee Place on Sunday 20th May, bringing with it several slices of cheesy goodness. There’s six pop up pizzerias to choose from and you can wash it all down with a glass of pale ale, which is included in your ticket price.

Days of Poland Festival | Potters Fields Park | 6th May

Join in the fun at Potters Fields Park this weekend as the biggest Polish Festival in the UK returns to London. This family friendly festival will introduce Londoners and visitors to traditional and contemporary Polish music, arts and cuisine. FREE event.
