For the July edition of Londrino’s Taste Tuesdays you will be transported to the sun-drenched shores of Iberia at a decadent Portuguese feast… 

For one night only, Head Chef Leandro Carreira will be serving up a 4-course feasting menu dedicated to his 2 favourite things: shellfish and crispy pig, complete with cocktails, whole brown crab and a roast suckling pig – and lashings of local wine and traditional Portuguese conviviality, of course!

Bolo de caco anchovies and red peppers
Sardines with homemade cornbread
Crispy pig’s ears, apples and fennel sauce

Portuguese roast suckling pig with chips, salad and offal rice

*Prego on brioche bun with homemade cultured butter and Portuguese mustard
