Location: Borough Market
March 14, 2018 - March 17, 2018
Borough Market will be celebrating St Patrick’s Day by showcasing the culinary delights of Northern Ireland from 14th-17th March. The regional showcase will bring to life a fantastic array of produce sourced from this small, yet mighty, region with a longstanding heritage in food and drink.
There’ll be all the ingredients to make a legendary Ulster fry, from Cavanagh eggs to freshly baked soda farls. For a healthier, but equally delicious, breakfast traditionally milled porridge oats will be on sale frome regional producers. Add to that Irish black butter and award-winning rapeseed oil, and visitors won’t be disappointed in the ingredients available.
With demonstration kitchens taking place to give inspiration on how to cook with these regionally-sourced ingredients, there will be plenty of recipes to take home and inspire visitors to cook up a St Patrick’s Day feast.
