Dominvs Group, a London based developer bought the former Tower Bridge Magistrates’ Court and Police Station from the Government in 2014. The building was constructed in 1906 and is a Grade II listed building.
Plans include redeveloping the site into a high quality four star hotel within the next year subject to planning permission. The original facades on Tooley Street and the majority of buildings will be retained, restored and refurbished. The hotel will include 150-200 bedrooms alongside public areas, that will be available to all members of the public, including a restaurant, bar, deli-style café, gym and meeting rooms. Due to open 2018.
