In keeping with the traditions of its Michelin-starred Hong Kong counterpart, Duddell’s showcases authentic Cantonese dishes and hand-crafted dim sum, using only the freshest, premium ingredients sourced in the UK and further afield. Housed in the historic St Thomas’ Church, Michaelis Boyd (Soho Farmhouse, Soho House Berlin) has designed the interior with the aim to maximise the daylight and heritage elements of the Grade II-listed building – honouring original features such as the ground floor alter, whilst exploring contemporary twists.
