The Coal Shed London presents a series of events inviting Chefs that inspire them to cook MEAT, FISH, FIRE in the open kitchen at One Tower Bridge. Collaborating with Executive Head Chef Dave Mothersill, the menus are going to be an exciting and creative combination of their talents.  ‘Brighton Rocks’ in London | Friday 26th January 7pm ‘Brighton Rocks’ Dinner with Michael Bremner at The Coal Shed One Tower Bridge’ In a nod to our Brighton roots, we’re kicking off our first London event in January with Great British Menu winner and fellow Brighton Restauranteur Michael Bremner. Michael, who owns 64 Degrees and Murmur, will join our team to cook an amazing five course menu celebrating ‘MEAT, FISH, FIRE’.   THE MENU Arrival Cocktail The Coal Shed snacks for the table Monkfish, kelp butter, Jerusalem artichoke, mussel sauce Jerk Roasted Butternut Squash, puffed wild rice, coriander, toasted coconut, yogurt 71 Day Dry Aged Rump of Longhorn Beef (to share) braised short rib, roasted hispi, bone marrow mash, hollandaise, truffle Rum and Vanilla Coal Roasted Pineapple, white chocolate and passion fruit parfait   Start with an arrival drink at 7pm for a 7.30pm sit down.
