Farm Africa Photography Exhibition

Goat Power explores how the humble goat is transforming the lives of women in some of the poorest areas of East Africa. Dutch photographer Chris de Bode has teamed up with the international aid agency Farm Africa to tell the story of how goats are empowering women, providing an income and improving nutrition in Ethiopia and Uganda. Through a project funded by UK aid from the UK government and Jersey Overseas Aid, Farm Africa is supporting women to set up goat-rearing businesses so that they can earn their own money and improve their families’ diets.
