
London Bridge Open Kitchen 2018 Returns

The biggest London Bridge Open Kitchen yet returns this June, celebrating the area’s thriving food and drink scene and bringing a packed programme of entertainment over two days. This year’s annual feast will take place over Friday 29th and Saturday 30th June in front of the brand new London Bridge station on Tooley Street. Free to enter, the festival brings an array of incredible restaurants and bars out onto the street, including Tom Simmons, Londrino, The Coal Shed, Flour & Grape, Santo Remedio and Hawksmoor. LBOK will also welcome new additions to the area; including street-food virtuosos BOB’s Lobster and Honest Burger. For the first time, Open Kitchen visitors will have the opportunity to fit in a spot of shopping in between bites; there’ll be a selection of exciting local retail to peruse, including Alex Monroe Jewellery, Neal’s Yard Remedies and Ted Baker. Pluge Boom Allotment will be on hand to keep the little ones entertained on the Saturday. Entry is free but registration is heartily encouraged for getting priority access. The event kicks off outside London Bridge Station on Tooley Street, Friday 29th June at midday and runs till around 8 pm. On Saturday 30th June, the event runs from midday until 6 pm. Entry is free and dishes and drinks will start at £5. London Bridge Open Kitchen is also part of the London Festival of Architecture as we celebrate the opening of the brand new London Bridge station – an architectural feast in its own right.
