Yoga in the Clouds

Join Shangri-La at The Shard for an energising morning yoga session, followed by brunch and a masterclass on making your own bespoke facial oil, with Neal’s Yard Remedies. This gentle but flowing practice, suitable for all levels, will bring a gentle heat to the body and reinvigorate tired minds. Sweat it out and then slip into a sweet relaxing savasana to leave the stresses of the week behind. Take in the spectacular views, overlooking the River Thames as you follow sequences to bring length to your body and improve posture. After yoga, enjoy brunch at the top of Western Europe’s Tallest Building. Once everyone is refreshed and nourished, the team (experts) from Neal’s Yard Remedies will lead a skincare masterclass where you’ll create a bespoke facial oil using pure and organic essential oils, and will learn how aromatherapy can help with good skin health.
