Secret Supper Club Presents Nigel Haworth

The Social Diner: a gourmet secret supper club with a social purpose. Local social enterprise restaurant Brigade trains people affected by homelessness to work in hospitality and catering. As part of their Secret Supper Club series, Brigade are inviting an extraordinary guest to cook alongside their apprentices at a secret location on 27th September; Michelin-Star chef Nigel Haworth. Nigel (the culinary force behind Northcote and OBSESSION) will be cooking a set course menu alongside Brigade’s Chef and founder of Beyond Food and Brigade. Hawksmoor Cook’s Room Supper Club

The Cooks’ Room is the creative hub for Hawksmoor and a unique private dining area for guests. On the last Friday of every month Hawksmoor Borough host the Cook’s Room Supper Club, an exclusive opportunity to try a menu usually only available to those who privately hire the room. This August, before he takes up residency at Meatopia, Lennox Hastie, chef/owner of Firedoor (Australia’s only fully wood fuelled restaurant) will be taking over the Cooks’ Room. Lennox shares our affinity for sourcing the best available ingredients and cooking them simply. British born Lennox spent his early career working at Michelin Star restaurants across the UK, France and Spain, where he became captivated with Basque County. Lennox discovered a grill restaurant in the Basque Mountains, Asador Etxebarri where he began mastering the skill of wood-fired grilling with chef Victor Arguinzoniz. Over the course of five years, Lennox saw the restaurant attain it’s first Michelin Star and enter the prestigious list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. In 2015 Lennox opened Firedoor in Sydney, Australia which offers the very best ingredients available on the day, cooked over fire. HARLOT Supper Club at Spianata Bakery

The Elmore Jam is showcasing Zac’s HARLOT supper club at Spianata Bakery, London Bridge Join The Elmore Jam for Zac Whittle’s seasonal five course menu accompanied by a lively jazz trio and a welcome drink on the 13th and 14th of April.  Event title: SPANISH MOON ABOUT Zac’s Harlot – After 15 years working as a chef in Michelin starred kitchens, such as Galvin La Chapelle and Orrery, and most recently Sky Garden, Zac decided to take the knowledge & passion he’s gained and take it to a smaller more intimate environment. In the supper club environment he can serve, meet & interact with the guests; breaking the barrier set by conventional restaurants. The Elmore Jam – Started nearly three years ago as a live music supper club by food entrepreneur Nick Atkins which was originally run from his own home. The Venue – Spianata Bakery in More London. Spianata is on of London’s newest streets, sandwiched between Tower Bridge and The Shard. The Elmore Jam event strive to make their events very lively and sociable for all; expect a Negroni on arrival with jazz trio playing the night away.
