Vapiano – the Italian lifestyle brand, has opened a new restaurant in London Bridge. The unique casual-dining destination joins the likes of The Ivy and Gunpowder at One Tower Bridge. The Vapiano concept is based on great quality, freshly made food in a lively, feel-good atmosphere.  Italian specialities are handmade daily, with all dishes prepared in front of the guests “à la minute” and customised to the guests’ requirements. The menu features 10 freshly made pasta shapes, a variety of pizzas and 20 other dishes including risotto, salads and fresh fish.
